Dali's House - Portlligat
Dali’s house in the bay of Portlligat is a true surrealistic piece that will immerse us into Dalí’s inner and private world. The house is made up of a maze of several fishermen’s huts that Dali and his wife Gala built over their lifetime, and it is still kept the way they left it. The landscape of this place inspired Dali to create most of his works, and while standing in his studio, with picture-like windows overlooking the bay of Portlligat, it’s easy to see why he chose this location. Both Dali and Gala called this place home during the spring and summer months since 1930 and until 1982. We will visit his studio, library, bedroom, and the extraordinary pool and gardens, where he would invite well renowned famous guests.
A tour to Dali’s House can also be combined with a visit to Cadaques, the Dali Theatre-Museum in Figueres or the Gala-Dali Pubol Castle. Feel free to ask for any information, we are happy to help and adjust the tour to your needs and interests.
